This website does not currently include online application forms or user accounts. If you contact Bear Claw CDC by email, the organization receives the information you choose to include and uses it to respond to your inquiry or administer its programs.

The website hosting service may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an internet address, browser type, requested pages and access time. Bear Claw CDC does not sell personal information.
Documents and external services
Downloaded forms are completed outside this website. Email and document services may be governed by their providers’ own privacy practices.
